A 9-piece reggae group from Iowa City, playing Reggae, Ska, and a little bit of Hip-Hop, fusing old styles into a modern mix. This band puts the emphasis on the song, laying textures on top of the basic progression, and showcasing vocals and lyrics as the driving force for each piece. Complete with five vocalists, Public Property embraces harmony, melody, and the old school styles of early Reggae and R&B.
