Yes, I would like to announce the birth of my son, Benjamin Luke, born February 2nd. He is the reason I have not been as active getting the site active as I wanted to, but now that he is born I will be bringing the site back to the front burner... with that if anyone has contacts with their local battle of the bands programs please let them know we exist and also your fellow musicians as this is the primary way to grow... I will also be doing some serious PR work here in the next few weeks that I hope will payoff.

Congrats on your new son. Nothing changes one's life more than parenthood. I've lived my life backwards. Had a daughter when I was too young, and then a son and another daughter when I was too old. Started playing in a band when I was too old.
I'll become a grandfather sometime in March.
Would like to see this site get going. Other such sites around here seem to be dying.
